The annual subscription for the 2026 - 2027 season is £55 for individual membership and £100 for two people at the same address. Our subscription year runs from 1 March – 28 February.

The subscription includes membership of The Arts Society, which publishes a quarterly magazine with information on events in the art world, area and national lectures, special interest days and exhibitions. 

Non-members are welcome to attend any of the lectures as guests for a fee of £10 per lecture, provided that space in the lecture theatre allows. Students are welcome at a special concessionary rate of £5, on production of their student card. Members of the society have priority on the rare occasions that demand for places exceeds the number of seats available.
